30 Day Money Back Guarantee Terms And Conditions :

  1. The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is offered by Track My Ride Pty. Ltd. and only applies to orders placed through our online shop at www.trackmyride.com.au between 22 October 2018 and 23 January 2020.
  2. All returns for refund or exchange must be authorised by Track My Ride via email to [email protected] in advance before returned goods will be accepted or a refund issued.
  3. The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee period will commence from the date that the customer receives their product. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  4. Where a product is within the 30 day period and a refund is requested, Track My Ride will refund the original product purchase price after receiving back the original goods ordered. The following fees and/or charges will not be reimbursed:
    • Shipping charges from Track My Ride (this includes items with free shipping)
    • A 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee comprises the cost for Track My Ride to post the product to you and also the man hours spent sending / recouping / restocking / reselling these items.
    • Cost of shipping to return the product to Track My Ride.
  5. If you are returning a product please make sure it is well protected and packaged similar to the way you received the product. All returns must be shipped via registered mail and should be insured for loss in transit. Refunds will only be authorised for returned orders if they are received by Track My Ride. You are responsible for the Product(s) you are returning until received by Track My Ride. We recommend you retain proof of postage for your records.
  6. Orders cancelled after the goods have been dispatched will be treated as per the terms of our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
  7. Orders with quantities of 3 or more are not eligible for a refund under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. They are still eligible for warranty replacement.
  8. Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is available to new customers on their first order only.
  9. Goods returned to Track My Ride as part of a claim under this policy must be in Good, Clean, Serviceable, Like New condition. Damaged goods will not be accepted under the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee policy.

Due to time taken to test return products – return can take up to 5 business days to be processed once received by our team. Refunds may be subject to additional processing time by your financial institution or bank.
