Your Track My Ride hardware is identified by its unique communication ID. You can find this ID on the side of your box, on your tracker, or on your activation certificate.
Congratulations! All new Track My Ride accounts come with 3 months free tracking service on our Professional Plan. There is nothing to pay at the moment, your card will not be charged now.
In compliance with Australian Telecommunications Legislation, please enter your Credit or Debit card for identification purposes. Your details are always securely stored and encrypted, security is super important to us! You can manage and update this information from within your Track My Ride account at any time. If you don't have access to a bank payment card please call our team on 1300 553 022 to proceed with your activation using a government document.
