Track My Ride hardware trackers use the Telstra, Optus and Vodafone 4G networks across Australia to provide real-time GPS tracking.
Before purchasing, please refer to the coverage map links below to check that your intended area of use is within the network footprint. Coverage maps are a guide only – while the mobile networks strive for accuracy, factors such as building materials, terrain, weather, and network traffic can all affect local signal strength and performance.
If your vehicle travels through a blackspot or outside the coverage area, your Track My Ride GPS tracker will continue to record trips and store them in its internal memory. As soon as it returns to an area with mobile coverage, all stored tracking data will be automatically uploaded to your account.
Track My Ride GPS trackers require an active hardware service plan to connect to the mobile network. There’s no need to purchase your own SIM card – all mobile data and roaming across Telstra, Optus and Vodafone in Australia is included in your service plan for maximum coverage and a simple plug-and-play setup.
