You can order our GPS tracking hardware from our online shop. Thank you for your order!

How We Pack and Ship Your Order

We pack paid orders each business day (Victoria) and dispatch them the same day if ordered before 2pm (VIC time)

How to Track Your Shipment

When we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use that number to follow your parcel’s progress.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

We ship from Heidelberg West, Victoria. Typical transit times:

  • Metro: ~2-3 business days
  • Western Australia: ~4-8 business days
  • Northern Territory: ~3-5 business days
  • Rural/remote: Additional time may apply

If your order is urgent, call us on 1300 553 022 — we can often advise local retailers or arrange expedited shipping at an additional cost.

What Is the Warranty?

We offer a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects on all Track My Ride branded hardware trackers. Warranty information is included inside the box of your new tracker. This does not diminish your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you encounter an issue, contact our support team at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve it remotely first. Most issues can be fixed remotely. If not, we’ll help you prepare an RMA (Return to Manufacturer Authorisation) for repair or replacement.

Australian Consumer Law Rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For major failures with a service, you are entitled to:

  • Cancel your service contract with us; and
  • A refund for the unused portion, or compensation for its reduced value.

You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service with a refund of any unused portion.

You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee (Change of Mind)

We want you to love your Track My Ride experience. If you’re not 100% satisfied within 30 days of purchase of your Track My Ride branded GPS tracker purchased directly from our online store, you can return it for a full refund – no questions asked.

This 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies to new customers only, purchasing hardware directly from Track My Ride via our website. It does not diminish any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to Request a 30-Day Return

  1. Email our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the purchase date stating you’d like to take advantage of the Money Back Guarantee.
  2. We will reply with simple return instructions and an RMA reference.
  3. Return the tracker (and any included accessories) in reasonable condition. Light installation marks are OK; we don’t require it to be unopened. You can use dental floss to help remove the adhesive strip.
  4. Returned hardware must be in full working order, not physically damaged (no cracks, crushed housings, liquid ingress, burnt components) and free of severe corrosion. Light installation marks are acceptable.
  5. Once received and inspected, we process a full refund to your original payment method. (Original outbound shipping upgrades, if any, are non-refundable.)
  6. Refunds are typically completed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return.
  7. You are responsible for return postage; we recommend using a tracked service.
  8. If you purchased multiple trackers in different orders, the guarantee applies to your first order only unless otherwise agreed in writing by management.

Exclusions

  • Applies only to Track My Ride branded GPS tracking hardware purchased directly from our website.
  • Does not apply to purchases made through third-party resellers or distributors (their own policies apply).
  • Does not apply to subscription service fees already consumed (you may cancel future periods).
  • Hardware not in full working condition or showing damage from misuse, modification, improper installation, impact, liquid ingress or attempted repair is ineligible (assessment at management’s sole discretion).
  • The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is a goodwill policy offered at management’s sole discretion and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice (changes will not affect approvals already granted).
